- 35 ml. Matusalem Insólito - Wine cask -
- 10 ml. fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml. simple syrup
- 4 ice cubes
- Champagne rosè
- Garnish: Edible rose petals
- Vessel recommendation: Jakobsen glass or coupette.
1. Drop Matusalem Insólito, lemon and sugar and shake it!
Drop into the mixer the first three ingredients, add ice and shake energetically until the content is cold.
2. Add champagne rosè
It’s recommended to cool the glass previously in the freezer. Retire the ice later, before adding the liquid. Finish with the champagne rosè.
3. Decorate with flowers
A singular cocktail requires singular garnish, like this edible rose petals or a similar flowers with the same characteristic.
